Technical Protocol
Hereby Party A entrusts Party B to proceed the design and production for coupler. Both parties come into agreement with the technical protocol below after a friendly negotiation.
1 Protocol Agreement
l Party B shall finish the development, production, testing and delivery of the signal shunt module in the specified time according to the functional performance requirements of the technical agreement.
l Schematic diagram is shown in figure 1

4) Maintainability: MTTR ≤30min(alternate maintenance);
5) MTBF(θ0) :≥5000h。
3 Quality Requirement
1) Party B shall guarantee the workable design and the quality of the product;
2) Guarantee Period:one year;
3) The production inspection procedures or acceptance specification shall
come into force upon countersignature by Party A.
4) Party B shall undertake the responsibility on design improves or changes if the product quality problem caused by the design or production defects. Party B shall responsible for product maintenance in its life cycle.
4 Others
l This agreement shall come into force upon being signed and sealed by both parties.
l This agreement is in duplicate, with one held by Party A and the other held by Party B.
l Matters not mentioned herein shall be settled by both parties through negotiation.
